We have streamlined our system such that all order related matters are process via our automated ticketing system. All your order related information is encrypted using 256 bit encryption – the highest level of encryption available. Further note, we do no store or access any of your credit card data, this is processed directly by our credit card processing partners such as Authorize.net & PayPal.
Customer’s feedback are all replied to within 24 hours, unless a holiday or weekend, in which case replies will be on the next business day. Don’t forget we also accept compliments :).
